The first world in adventure mode is really tedious to get 3-4 stars on due to the CPU being awful and losing too quickly but hopefully that’s just an early game problem.

As a Tetris game it’s competent but incredibly lacking in modes. The content that Big Block offers is incredibly barebones, to the point where it’s only marginally better than the official online version of Tetris that you can play in your browser for free. They can clear them like any other block, but it’s still something that should be used tactically. You can keep an eye on this as every other player is represented in tiny detail on the left and right of the screen. Though, at least playing a few rounds of Tetris on the computer for me, paying attention to everyone else while also keeping my screen in order is a difficult task. There are also some multiplayer components that change up the strategy somewhat; most notably, you can toss garbage blocks at other players, making life more difficult. I’m sure there are additional strategies that high-level players have already surmised, but after an evening of playing, I’m still just barely holding on, struggling to land in the top 20. Whenever you clear a line, the trash will be sent to someone else.
